Every Silvex product is a custom-finished piece. We take pride in the quality of our chrome and mirror products, which requires a specialized handling window.

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom Build Time: For specialized mirrors or custom electronics, please allow up to [Insert your Custom Handling Time, e.g., 5] business days for fabrication and quality testing before your item is handed over to the carrier.

  • Business Days: Our team operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates (USA)

We believe in transparent pricing. That’s why we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: $0.00

  • Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS and UPS using TikTok Shop’s official logistics network to ensure your package is tracked and protected.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been built and scanned by the carrier, you can expect the following delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Total Time to Door: Typically 1–2 weeks from the moment of purchase, depending on your location and the complexity of your custom order.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your mirror is packed and labeled, you will receive a notification via the TikTok App or your provided email.

  • You can track your package directly through the TikTok Shop Order Center.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update once the carrier has picked up the package.

5. Shipping Protection & Damages

Mirrors and custom electronics are fragile. We use high-grade protective packaging to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives broken or damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately.

  • Reporting: Contact us via the TikTok Shop "Contact Seller" button within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement for you.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Per TikTok Shop security policies, we are often unable to change the shipping address once an order is "In Progress" or "Awaiting Shipment."
